When I was 8, I asked my mom for a day planner for my birthday. Pretty soon I was asking for a label maker too. And on Saturdays, I spent the day organizing and rearranging my room (by choice!).
During my graduate studies, part of our program was Feng Shui (I studied Chinese medicine). I was in heaven!
The Chinese words Feng Shui directly translate to "wind water". The concept of Feng Shui is derived from an ancient Chinese poem about human life being connected to and flowing with the environment around it. How nice does that sound?
My Home Wellness program combines the ancient guidance of Feng Shui with minimalist organization principles. I call this "Modern Feng Shui" and it'll get you on track to being balanced, organized, and relieved in no time!
Getting organized and feeling well in your home is actually a very simple process, we often just don't know where to start.
I have a 3-step system I will guide you through (and make it fun too!):
1) Purge
2) Organize
3) Shift
First, I'll help you purge - yep, I'll help you decide what to keep, what to donate, and what to throw away.
Next, we'll organize! Wa Whoo! I have all kinds of templates and systems to help you organize every little nook and cranny of your home.
Lastly, I will teach you how to shift your mindset so we aren't purging a bunch of stuff again next year!
